Refunds
If you request to cancel, you may receive a refund of your Venue and Hopper fee. This refund will be issued if another participant fills your spot at the Retreat (likely). Unfortunately, if your space remains unsold, we cannot issue a refund, as we incur per-person expenses paid to our vendors in advance.
The Retreat Registration Fee is a non-refundable deposit to hold your space.
If we cancel the retreat, you will be refunded all paid fees in full. The program host reserves the right to postpone or cancel programs due to unforeseeable circumstances or for other reasons beyond reasonable control. Participants will be fully refunded and shall not be entitled to claim compensation or damages if the program is cancelled or postponed. By registering, the participant explicitly waives any right to claim damages for a cancelled or postponed program.
Please be mindful two weeks before the retreat and during your travel to avoid illness.
*Insurance is not included for retreat participants but is strongly recommended. Insurance purchased should include a “cancel for any reason clause.” Insurance can be purchased through Imiloa’s preferred partner, Global Rescue www.globalrescue.com/partner/imiloa/. Participants must purchase insurance within 20 days of registering if they want to cancel for any reason.
Agreements
During our pre-retreat gathering online, we will review retreat protocols surrounding campus guidelines, photography, group dynamics, consent, cell phones, illness, and more. A recording will be made available to all participants.
By registering, I agree to complete all payments due in a timely manner.
By registering, I agree that I will honor the refund policy.
By registering, I agree to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of fellow participants and copyrighted material.
By registering, I agree that this will be a safe space of openness where cultural, religious, historical, generational, societal, and personal differences are respected without judgment, criticism, or harm.
By registering, I agree not to record or take photographs of others without explicit permission.
By registering, I agree not to share my private portal link and passcode.
By registering, I agree that neither Healing Informed Somatic Education (HISE), our facilitators, Ergos Institute, nor any of the managers, staff, coordinators, assistants, affiliates, online platforms, venues, or representatives are responsible or liable for my participation. Therefore, I hereby release them from all claims in connection with such.
By registering, I agree to be substance-free during the retreat.
By registering, I agree to future health guidelines.
By registering, I agree to directly address all concerns to the retreat host and trust that needs will be considered and adjusted to the best extent possible.

This retreat is for educational and support purposes. Always seek the advice of a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or psychological condition or treatment before undertaking a regimen.

Imiloa Institute Guidelines & Additional Onsite Offerings
Imiloa Institute is a serene center surrounded by nature. It features imported architecture, custom furnishings, wildlife, and variable weather. We expect our participants to have the utmost respect for the Imiloa Institute and their staff.
Imiloa is a plant-based campus (animal product free).
The campus is a “dry” campus (alcohol and drug-free).
Quiet hours 10PM to 6AM.
There is no smoking in accommodations or on campus. Smoking is permissible at the gate of Imiloa, a 5-10 minute walk from most accommodations. Please ensure you dispose of all cigarette butts and other paraphernalia and employ a “leave no trace” policy.
White towels are to be used in bath facilities. Beach towels are provided for the beach. Guests will be billed for beach-dirty white towels.
Laundry Services. Laundry services are not included and are $25 per laundry bag. This includes basic washing, drying, and folding services. Imilloa will provide a laundry bag and will collect the load in the morning, and deliver it back to the room in 24 hours.
Spa Treatment Services. Spa services are not included in the retreat cost and can be purchased separately with Imiloa.
Wellness Bar. Imiloa offers a wellness bar that is not included in the retreat cost. The wellness bar can be purchased throughout the retreat at a per-item cost. The wellness bar offers specialty coffee, juices, and smoothies.
All meals, snacks, fresh juices, coffee, and tea are included in the retreat cost.
Transportation
To access the included private plane charter, all guests must be at the Domestic Terminal at SJO San Jose, Costa Rica, no later than 9:00 AM on the arrival day. *Further details will be provided.
Otherwise, the participant will be billed for transportation, and Imiloa will coordinate it.
On the day of departure, participants will land at SJO (San Jose, Costa Rica) Domestic Terminal at 11:00 am or earlier. International departures should be coordinated accordingly. *Further details will be provided.
Imiloa will provide all transportation during the retreat dates.
Any transport requests outside of coordinated arrival and departure times or outside of the Retreat dates will be charged as follows:
$289 one way to San Jose (4 people max per ride)
$190 one way to San Isidro and Perez Zeledon (4 people max)
$125 one way to Quepos (4 people max)
$80 one way to Uvita (4 people max)
$50 one way to Dominical (4 people max)
$50 one way to Hatillo (4 people max)
If a Retreat participant chooses not to utilize the method of transportation for their Retreat to/from Imiloa, they are responsible for the cost of alternate/ground transportation.
I herewith register for the aforestated retreat on the basis of the terms and conditions indicated. Registration shall be binding.
