Refunds

• In the event of cancellation, you may receive a refund. This refund will be issued if another participant fills your spot at the Retreat (likely). If your spot remains unsold, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund, as we incur per-person expenses paid in advance.

• For last-minute extenuating circumstances, like an accident or a close family death - you may receive a future credit, excluding the lodging/meal cost (if we can receive a refund from the venue, we will refund your lodging/meal cost).

• If we cancel the Retreat, you will be refunded in full. You will need to purchase travel insurance for your travel expenses.

• If Dr Diane Poole Heller cannot attend the Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, like illness, we will seek an adequate retreat lead, and each participant will be refunded $950 for her absence (highly unlikely).

• Please be mindful two weeks before the retreat and during your travel to avoid illness.

Agreements

• Broughton Sanctuary is a historic site surrounded by nature, with old architecture, antique furnishings, wildlife, and variable weather. We expect our participants to have the utmost respect for the Broughton Sanctuary and its staff.

• During our pre-retreat gathering online, we will review retreat protocols in more depth surrounding photography, group dynamics, consent, cell phones, illness, and more. A recording will be made available to all participants.

  • By registering, I agree to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of fellow participants and copyrighted material.

  • By registering, I agree this will be a safe space of openness where cultural, religious, historical, generational, societal, and personal differences are respected without judgment, criticism, or harm.

  • By registering, I agreed to take what serves me and leave what does not.

  • By registering, I agree not to record or take photographs of others without explicit permission.

  • By registering, I agree not to share my private portal link and passcode.

  • By registering, I understand that if Dr. Diane Poole Heller cannot attend due to unforeseen ailments, a qualified instructor(s) may replace her as a representative, maintaining the legacy of her work (this is not anticipated).

  • By registering, I agree that neither Healing Informed Somatic Education (HISE), Dr. Diane Heller, Ergos Institute, nor any of the managers, staff, coordinators, assistants, affiliates, online platforms, venues, or representatives are responsible or liable for my participation. Therefore, I hereby release them from all claims in connection with such.

  • By registering, I agree to future health guidelines.
